Abstract: science (CSMGS) which has basic characteristics as Chinese, modern, world, opening.Because the Chinese word guanli includes several English words as management, administration, run, supervise(i.e. operating activities); Guanli Science (GS) is the knowledge system of all the principles and rulesof guanli activities and guanli work.As test, the engineering guanli (EG, i.e. engineering management) is our first research object.
